提高铸轧系统传热能力的理论与试验研究

摘要 在建立铸轧系统传热模型的基础上,针对影响铸轧系统传热能力的2个主要因素:辊套材料的导热性和内冷对流换热系数进行了理论与试验研究,介绍了新型CGT铍青铜辊套材料的主要特点和应用效果。研究结果表明:采用高导热性的CGT辊套,与37Cr3NiMoV辊套比较,在模拟实际使用工况的仿真分析条件下,铸轧系统的传热能力提高30%;在实验室小型铸轧机上,传热能力提高82%。随着内冷对流换热系数的增加,铸轧系统的传热能力有所增加,但采用CGT辊套材料时,内冷对流换热系数对传热能力的影响更为显著。 Based on the heat transter model of cast-rolling system, the heat transfer ability and internal cooling ability were analyzed in theory and experiments. The main characteristics and the applied results of bronze CGT, a kind of new material for roller, was introduced and analyzed. The heat transfer ability of cast-rolling system of CGT rollers is 30% better than that of 37Cr3NiMoV rollers in the simulated conditions of production. It was also improved by 82% in the condition of mini-cast-rolling machine in laboratory. The heat transfer ability of the system was strengthened with the increase of strength of internal cooling, and this became more remarkable when using CGT rollers.
