摘要
分析联轴器可能具有的5种连接状态,明确各种连接状态的特点及应用意义,指出对中误差与系统弹性变形的转化原理及各种连接状态之间的内在联系,找到以假想理论非连接状态为基础的、更准确地测量及调整对中误差的统一方法。
We analysed the 5 possible kinds of the link state ot a coupling, and point out the conversion rule between the shaft alignment error and the elastic deformation of the system, and the relations among the 5 possible kinds of link states. We find out the unifom accurate method for the measurement and the adjustment of the shaft alignment error on the basis of an imaginary' no-link state in theory.
