我国中东部烟区烟青虫抗药性检测 被引量:10

DETECTING THE INSECTICIDEAL RESISTANCE OF HELICOVERPA ASSULTA FROM MIDDLE AND EAST TOBACCO REGIONS OF CHINA

摘要 采用微量点滴法测定了山东省、湖北省和河南省的6个烟区烟青虫对4种代表性药剂的抗性。结果表明:河南许昌种群对氰戊菊酯的抗性最高,湖北秭归种群的抗性次之,湖北长阳种群抗性最低,抗性分别是敏感种群的36.18倍、28.49倍和5.83倍,其它种群抗性略高于长阳种群。6个烟区烟青虫种群对辛硫磷、灭多威也产生了不同程度的抗性。各种群对溴虫腈的毒力略有差异,但其LD50值都较大,表明该药剂对烟青虫不敏感。 The resistance of Helicoverpa assulta that came from six different tobacco regions in Shandong, Hubei and Henan province to four kinds of insectcide was measured by topical application method. Results showed that the resistance of Xuchang population in Henan province to fenvalerate was the highest and the Zigui population in Hubei took second place ,which reached 36.18 fold and 28.49 fold respectively. And the resistance of other populations were little higher than that of Changyang population whose resistance was the lowest. There were a little difference among the resistances of six Helicoverpa assulta strains to phoxim, methomyl and chlorfenapyr , but their value of LD50 was higher comparatively, which shows this kind of pesticide was not sensitive to Helicoverpa assulta.
