国内外卫生总费用及结构比较研究

Comparative Research on Total Expenditure on Health and its Composition Between China and Other Countries

为分析评价我国卫生总费用的状况,据此提供有益的决策指导,采用了《2004年世界卫生报告》中的数据资料,对我国与世界其他29个国家的卫生总费用占GDP的比重和卫生支出结构进行了比较与分析,并提出了相应的政策建议:增加卫生投入,适当提高卫生总费用占GDP的比重,使之与国民经济发展相适应;改变不合理的费用结构,降低个人卫生支出比例。

To analysis the status of China total expenditure on health and provide the useful guidance for decisionmaking, this paper adopts the data from The World Health Report 2004 and compares and analyzes the proportion of total expenditure on health of GDP and the composition of expenditure on health between China and other 29 countries. In the end, relevant advice about policy has been brought forward： to increase the investment for health, to raise properly the proportion of total expenditure on health of GDP and make it fit in with the development of national economy; to change unreasonable the composition of expenditure on health and reduce the share of private expenditure on health of total expenditure on health.
