摘要
元件角度识别是贴片机元件视觉检测的关键,其精度直接影响贴片机的贴装精度。该文针对高速高精度全自动贴片机的计算机视觉定位与检测问题,研究了片式元件(Chip)的角度识别问题,提出了三种角度识别算法,并着重比较了其中两种模板匹配算法的性能。试验和现场实际运行结果都表明基于边界几何特征的模板匹配算法能更好地提高元件贴装过程中角度识别的精度、速度和稳定性。
Component angle recognition is a sticking point of component vision detecting in a Surface Mounting Machine (SMM),and it takes significant effect on the mounting precision.Aiming at the positioning and detecting problems of computer vision in high-speed and high-precision completely automatic SMM,angle recognition of chip component is researched in this paper.Three algorithms are brought forward,of which the two template matching algorithms are compared on their capacities emphatically.Both the result of the experiments and the actual runnings demonstrate that the edge-based geometric template matching can better improve the precislon,speed and stability of angle recognition.
