摘要
分析了汽车灯泡定位盖帽的工艺特点,阐述了根据这些工艺特点在模具设计中应采取的工艺措施,并确定了排样方案和模具的总体结构。实践证明,模具设计结构可靠,能保证产品质量,并能应用于同类产品的级进模设计。
The technological characteristics of the nut cap for locating the automobile bulb are analyzed. The corresponding measures adopted in the design of the die for the nut cap according to its technological characteristics are stated. The layout design and general structure of the die are determined. Practices show that the die structure is reliable and can ensure the product quality, and may be applied to the design of the progressive dies for the similar parts.
