摘要
从侧刃和侧刃孔的加工入手,详细地分析了矩形侧刃定位误差产生的原因,结合生产实际提出了解决这一定位误差的措施,分析了在级进模中应用很广的侧刃和导正销联合定位时可能出现的问题,并提出了解决的具体方法。
Started from the machining of the side edge and its bore, the reasons causing location errors of the rectangle side edge are analyzed in detail. According to the actual production, the measures for correcting these errors are proposed. The problems might occur in the case of united location by side edge and leader pin which is widely used in progressive dies are analyzed as well, and the relative measures for solving these problems are put forward.
