井式喷嘴无流道注射模设计

摘要 分析了井式喷嘴无流道注射模的优缺点,提出了井室容量的计算公式,并以此为依据绘制了确定井室直径的列线图,阐述了防止井室内熔融树脂冷却固化的方法,最后以安全头盔为例介绍了井式喷嘴无流道注射模的应用。 The advantages and disavantages of the runnerless injection mould for the well type nozzles ave analyzed. The formula for calculating the cspacity of the well chamber is put forward. And based on this, the alignment graphics to determine the diameter of the well chamber is drawn. The method to prevent melted resin in the well chamber from cooling and curing is stated. with the safety helmet as an example, the application of the runnerless iaiection mould for the well type nozzles is introduced.
