The advantages and disavantages of the runnerless injection mould for the well type nozzles ave analyzed. The formula for calculating the cspacity of the well chamber is put forward. And based on this, the alignment graphics to determine the diameter of the well chamber is drawn. The method to prevent melted resin in the well chamber from cooling and curing is stated. with the safety helmet as an example, the application of the runnerless iaiection mould for the well type nozzles is introduced.
