激光直接重熔硼铁粉末的组织与性能

摘要 运用激光直接重熔法进行快速原型制造,在纯铁粉末中加入硼,考察了不同含硼量及激光扫描工艺参数对试样组织与性能的影响。结果表明,随着硼含量的增加,试样组织的凝固颗粒尺寸增大而球化倾向降低,试样的表面粗糙度变差;但不同激光扫描工艺参数则影响不大。 Microstructures and properties of the scanned sample made by irom powders with additions of small quantity of boron have been investigated under direct laser remelting for rapid prototyping manufacture.The result shows with increase of the boron content in Fe - B alloy, the size of the scanned tracks became larger and the tendency of spheroid decreases. The surface roughness of the samples became worse. But the different laser parameters does not have significant effects on the their microstructures and properties.
