老年危重患者压疮的物理治疗研究

The study of physiatrics in the aged bedsore patients with serious diseases

目的:探讨紫外线等物理因子联合应用,提高老年危重患者压疮的治愈率问题。方法:对我院6年来住院的281例老年压疮患者的理疗诊治记录进行回顾性总结,对其临床症状及诊治结果进行列表统计分析。结果:281例老年压疮患者,患疾病种类多,用药复杂,紫外线等物理因子联合应用,治愈率达96.4%。结论:紫外线等物理因子合理应用,治疗、控制老年压疮效果显著。

Objective：To study the effect of ultraviolet radiation and another physical factor in the aged patients with aged bedsore patients with serious diseases. Methods： We retrospectively reviewed the physiotherapy records of 281 cases aged patients with bedsore in our hospital during recent six years. Clinical characteristics, symptom and effect of physiotherapy were list and statistical analyzed. Results：The curative rate of 281 cases aged patients with bedsore was 94.5% using ultraviolet radiation or ultraviolet radiation associated with TDP and ultrashortwave electrotherapy. Conclusion： Ultraviolet radiation and some physical factor can control and treat some aged patients with bedsore diseases.
