New Developments and Applications of Very Low Bit Rate Speech Coding

摘要 从时域、频域和混合域3方面分别介绍了目前在极低速率语音编码中应用的LPC,CELP,MBE,STC,VQ,MELP,WI,分段声码器和基于语料库的声码器等算法。全面论述了极低速率语音编码算法中运用的方法理论及最新的研究成果,并对这些算法进行了比较和分析,得出结论。 Low bit rate speech compression can be achieved through time domain coding, frequency domain coding and hybrid approaches. In this way, LPC, CELP, MBE, STC, VQ, MELP, WI, Segmental Voeoders and Corpus based Voeoders are introduced separately in this paper. Algorithms and new research results in very low bit rate speech coding is presented thoroughly in this paper, and conclusions are given through comparison and analysis.
