高等医学教育改革中医学生素质教育相关问题的思考

新时期我国高等医学教育教学改革面临许多新的课题。如何以人为本,加强医学生的素质教育是一个不断探索的过程。在医学教育中,医学生只有在明确自身定位的前提下,才能在医学学习阶段占据主动。注重医学生独立思考和动手操作能力的培养,必将使他们在今后的医学实践和继续教育中获益匪浅。同时,作为终身学习理念的倡导者,医学院校教师全面提高自身教学科研素质也是医学教育教学改革中的关键一环。高等医学教育作为一种精英教育,应当从制度上予以保证,同时进一步加强投入。

The reform of higher medical education faces many brand - new challenges. Focusing on the person himself, how to enhance the quality education of the medical students is a process for continuous investigation. During medical education, more clearly the students understand their roles and positions, more actively their medical studies could be. The ability of independence thinking and operating skills should be emphasized and will make the students benefit a lot from medical science practice and the followed educations. At the same time, as promoteurs for lifelong learning the teachers in higher medical universities themselves should be also required to improve the qualities in both teaching and researching fields. Regarded as a kind of education for elites, higher medical education should be guaranteed by the systems and rules, and more devotions are needed at the same time.
