The application of the scientific thinking methods to guide the teaching of ophthalmology and otolaryngology

摘要 针对眼耳鼻咽喉科学解剖生理特殊,临床见习局限,学生难以理解、掌握,教学效果难以达到预期目标的情况,笔者在眼耳鼻咽喉科学的教学中有意识地引入科学思维方法。科学思维方法包括逻辑思维和非逻辑思维,在理论讲授时充分运用比较和分类、归纳和演绎、分析和综合等逻辑思维,并在其间穿插运用非逻辑思维即形象思维、直觉和灵感思维,从而提高了学生的思维能力,使得所学知识易于理解掌握。经过长期的教学实践证明,效果显著。 For particular anatomy physiology and limited clinic probation of ophthalmology & otolaryngology, it is not easy for students to learn them well. It is also hard to achieve the expected teaching objective. Therefore the author uses the scientific thinking method which includes logical thinking and non - logical thinking in ophthalmology & otolaryngology teaching. The author utilizes not only logical thinking methods such as comparison, classification, inductive, deductive, analysis and synthesizes but also some non -logical thinking methods such as imagination, perception and inspiration in theory's instruction. From the long - term teaching in ophthalmology and otolaryngology, it proves that scientific thinking method is effective method which can raise students' thinking ability and help students learn ophthalmology & otolaryngology well.
