论述了FIDIC合同条件与我国《建筑工程施工合同文本》条件下施工索赔的内容及索赔的计算方法,并透过索赔的过程总结出施工索赔的技巧。
This article gives a description to the content and computing method of laying construction claims under the FIDIC contract conditions and the conditions of the Text of Construction Contract for Construction Woks, and summarizes the skills of claim laying through the process thereof.
