交通部颁布的《公路工程国内招标文件范本》(2003版)对评标条款进行了修订,为适应该范本的需要,施工企业应采取新的投标策略,以争取中标,占领市场。
The Domestic Invitation-to-Bid Document Text for Highway Engineering (2003 version) promulgated by the Ministry of Communications has made revisions of the bid evaluation clauses. To meet the need o the said text, construction enterprises should adopt new bidding tactics to try to win the bid and occupy the market.
