归纳了城市轨道交通工程设计文件中工程筹划章节的组成内容及框架结构,阐述了工程筹划的工程特点、工程建设总工期、分部分项工程的主要进度指标及关键项目之间的关联关系,以期推动城市轨道交通工程筹划设计文件编制的规范化。
