摘要
D-型氨基酸对生命科学的研究具有重大意义。不对称转换是光学活性化合物制备中越来越重要的一个分支。通过几种典型D-型氨基酸的制备工艺,概述了不对称转换的最新研究和应用进展,讨论了反应过程并对其大规模工业应用的前景进行了展望。
D-amino acids have great meaning to the research of life science. Asymmetric transformation becomes a more and more important branch in the preparation of optically active chemical compounds. The applications, reaction process and recent progress of asymmetric transformation were reviewed by introducing the preparation of some D-amino acids. The prospect of its application on a large-scale preparation was also discussed.
