在次氯酸钠植物纤维漂白中应用微波辐射的研究 被引量:5

摘要 次氯酸钠漂白麦草浆中使用微波辐射进行加热,对漂白效果和环境保护都具有一定意义,影响微波加热漂白的因素有三:加热时间、微波功率和次氯酸钠用量。其中时间影响最大,微波加热2min相当于水浴加热40min,次氯酸钠用量影响较小,因此在漂白效果基本不变时,可以减少次氯酸钠用量,从而减少对环境的污染。 Sodium bleaching the wheat stew pulp that heated with microwave oven is of benefit to bleaching efficiency and environment protection. There are three facts affect bleaching:time power of microwave oven and the content of sodium. Time is the most important. Heating two minutes by microwave is equal to heating forty minutes by hot water. The content of sodium hypochlorite is the least important. When the pulp receive the general same whiteness the content of sodium hypochlorite are less heated by microwave than heated by hot water. It can reduce the pollute.
