摘要
以SWRCH18A钢为例介绍了湘钢二炼钢厂含铝冷镦钢的生产工艺。通过对铁水预处理、转炉冶炼终点控制、吹氩站成分调整、钢包炉钙处理、连铸保护浇铸和防止水口堵塞等工艺过程进行研究和技术攻关,摸索出了较为成熟的含铝冷镦钢的生产工艺。
The technological process of the Al killed cold heading steel SWRCH18A in the No.2 steelmaking plant of Xianggang was introduced. Through adopting a series of measures such as molten iron pretreatment, converter final control, argon, calcium treatment, continuous casting with protection and avoiding nozzle clogging and so on, a proper way to make the Al killed cold heading steel was given.
