The Prevention of Complications Due to Laparoscopic Cholecystectom

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopiccholecystectomy,LC)并发症的预防。方法对我院近5年来416例LC并发症的发生原因及处理进行总结分析。结果LC并发症的发生与病人的选择、术者操作技术及术中的判断和处理密切相关。结论严格掌握手术适应证、术中精细的操作技术、果断中转开腹,是防止LC并发症的发生的重要措施。

Objective To probe into how to prevent the incidence of complications relating to laparoscopic cholecystectom（LC） . Methods We retrospectively analysed complications occuring in 416 cases who underwent LC in our hospital and the management of these complications in recent 5 years. Results Complications of LC were highly related with choosing patients, technique of operator and judgement and treatment during operation. Conclusions The key factors for avoiding complications due to LC were grasping the appropriate indication strictly, careful and precise operation and conversing to open procedure timely,
