眼眶内占位性病变的CT诊断与鉴别诊断

CT Diagnosis and Differentiatial Diagnosis of Orbital Spce-occupying Lesions

目的探讨眼眶内占位性病变CT诊断与鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经手术病理或临床证实的32例眼眶内占位性病变的CT表现。结果眼球肿瘤10例,炎性假瘤8例,血管瘤6例,泪腺混合瘤2例,皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿各1例,脑膜瘤1例,转移瘤2例。结论CT对眼眶占位性病变定位诊断准确,对鉴别诊断和治疗方案的选择及预后判断具有十分重要的价值。

Objective To study the CT diagnosis and differentiation of inside orbital space- occupying sessions. Methods To study retrospectively the CT diagnosis and differentiation of 32 cases proved by operation, pathlogy or clinical materials. Restilts There were ten eyeball tumors, eight inflammatory pseudotumors, six hemangiomas, two mixed tumors of lacrimal gland, one dermoid cyst and one epidermoid cyst, one meningeoma, two metastasis. Conclusions Thin slice CT scan can accurately diagnose the lection of orbital neoplasms, and it is important value for differential diagnosis, therapeutic methods and prognosis.
