摘要
目的观察静脉滴注小剂量降纤酶治疗心绞痛的临床有效性和安全性。方法对40例心绞痛患者给小剂量降纤酶溶液静脉滴注治疗,并随机选择46例心绞痛患者为对照组,通过观察两组入院后的心绞痛发作次数、心电图变化及对肝肾功能及凝血功能的影响,来判定降纤酶的疗效和安全性。结果治疗组总有效率82.50%,对照组为63.04%,差异有显著性(P<0.01),且对肝肾功能及凝血功能无明显影响。结论联合应用小剂量降纤酶静脉滴注治疗心绞痛,疗效显著、安全、临床具有实用意义。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of little dose defibrinogenase on patients with angina pectoris. Methods Forty cases received the little dose deribrinogenase by intravenous drips, other forty - six cases were control group. In order to judge the efficacy and safety of defibrinogenase, angina pectoris, ECG, live function, renal function and coagulation were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 82.50 %, but in control group was 63.04%,there was significantly different （P〈 0.01 ）, and it had no side effect on live and renal function. Conclusions Little dose defibrinogenase is effective and safe on patients with angina pectoris.
