中西医结合疗法治疗慢性乙型瘀胆型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical study of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis associated with chronic hepatitis B

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗慢性乙型瘀胆型肝炎临床疗效。方法对50例慢性乙型瘀胆型肝炎患者随机分组,22例对照组给予西医基础治疗,28例治疗组在西医治疗基础上给予中药,疗程8周,观察中医症状、黄疸、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、总胆汁酸(TAB)、转氨酶等疗效指标。结果治疗组在降低血清总胆红素、转氨酶、改善中医症状等方面均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗慢性乙型瘀胆型肝炎较单纯西医治疗好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis B. Methods 50 patients with cholestatic hepatitis associated with chronic hepatitis B were divided into treatment group and control group. Twenty-eight patients were treated with Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of western medicine. Twenty-two patients were only treated with western medicine for 8 weeks. Results TSB, SCB, ALP,γ-GT, TBA and ALT were lower after treatment in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The results show that traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone for the treatment of cholestatie hepatitis associated with chronic hepatitis B.
