211名医学本科学生需要特点与性格特点的调查

目的了解现阶段医科学生的需要倾向和性格特点,为改进医学生素质教育提供客观依据。方法采用爱德华个性偏向量表和艾森克个性问卷进行团体问卷调查。结果本组医学生前五位需要倾向依次是成就需要、异性需要、求助需要、秩序需要、持久需要。男生与女生在异性、支配、省察、变异等四种需要倾向存在显著差异。爱德华个性偏向量表与艾森克个性问卷的多项评定结果相关。结论本组医学生的需要倾向存在一定的性别差异。爱德华个性偏向量表与艾森克个性问卷的相关结果研究证明,心理训练对于大学生素质教育具有实际意义。

Objective To learn the tendency of requirement and personality characteristics of medical students at present time in order to provide objective evidence for improving medical students＇ all-round education. Method It is done by EPPS and EPQ questionnaires. Result The leading five requirement tendency are： ach, her, suc, ord and end. Girls and boys differ significantly on her, dom, int, chg. The result of multiple estimation of EPQ and EPPS are related. Conclusion There quirement tendency for medical students are sex related. The similar outcome of EPQ and EPPS investigation suggests that psychological training for college students is of practical significance for all-round education.
