血清HCG定量在宫外孕的早期诊断及临床治疗的应用

目的阐明血清HCG定量在宫外孕的早期诊断、治疗方法的选择及其疗效观察的应用价值。方法磁微粒分离酶联免疫法检测我院收治的疑为宫外孕患者治疗前后的血清HCG水平。结果血清HCG定量检测结合B超扫描诊断早期宫外孕准确率非常高,在采用药物非手术保守治疗是否有效及其用药中有一定的指导作用。结论HCG检测目前是早期诊断宫外孕的重要方法,血清HCG定量可以检测患者当时的HCG量的水平,对早期诊断宫外孕有一定的帮助,同时可以根据血清HCG水平的高低,选择适当的宫外孕治疗方法,并可进行疗效判断。

Objective To clarify the value of HCG quantu on the earlier diagnosis, therapy method choosing and effect observation of ectopic pregnancy patient. Method Detect the pretherapy and posttherapye HCG level of patients suspect to be ectopic pregnancy by Magnet partical uzymelinked immunosorbent assay, Result HCG quantu combined with B type ultrasonic scan have a high accuracy on earlier diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and will help to evaluate effect of drug treatment and guide the medication. Conclusion HCG detection is important method to earlier diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. HCG quantu could detect.HCG level of the patient and help for earlier diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. So we can choose reasonable therapy for ectopic pregnancyand observe its effect according to the HCG level.
