肺炎患儿九种血清酶的改变

The Changes of the Nine Serum enzyme of Children with Pneumonia

目的观察肺炎患儿的九种常见血清酶的改变及其临床意义。方法检测肺炎组25例患儿及对照组25例体检正常儿童的血清相关酶活性,所得数据统计采用独立样本t检验。结果AST、GGT、LD、CK、CK-MB、HBDH升高有显著性意义(P<0.01),与正常对照组差异明显,而ALT、ALP、LD1升高无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论肺炎患儿存在不同程度的脏器损伤,但主要以心肌损伤为主,故应对心肌进行保护性治疗。

Objective To determine the changes of 9 kinds of serum enzyme and explore its clinical significance in children with pneumonia. Methods Nine kinds of serum enzyme were measured 25 in children with pneumonia and 25 normal children. And data adopts independent-samples T test . Results AST, GGT, LD, CK, CK-MB, HBDH go up notable, with compare group discrepancy normally obvious. And ALT ALP, LD1, it is notable that go up. Conclusions Children with Pneumonia have the damages such as cardiac muscle and the liver of different level, but harm mainly with cardiac muscle mainly. Therefore ,the determination of serum myocardium enzyme active should be emphasized in the children with pneumonia.
