On Information Function under the Structure of Diffevent Financial Systems

不同金融体系结构有着不同的信息功能。在市场主导型金融体系下,资产定价在资源配置中具有重要作用,应根据信息披露的程度和内容,收集、分析有关信息,做出正确的投资决策;在银行主导型金融体系下,由于银行对企业具有代理监督功能,在收集、分析和处理有关公司的信息方面具有独特优势,有利于资金融通,优化资源配置。我国现阶段仍应维持银行在金融体系中的主导地位,同时也不能忽视金融市场的巨大作用。

There are different information functions under the stuctuce of different financial systams. Under the market-dominated finarcial system, assets price plays an important role in resoures allocation; the related information shall be collected and analyzed according to content and level of information disclosure, by which correct investment decision is made. Under the bank-dominated financial system, the bank has an agency and supervision function, and it has special aduautages in collectiong, analyzing and hanelling information from related companies, which is beneficial for financing and optimizing the resources allocation. At prcesent the special advantages of bank in the financial system is maintained in China.
