摘要
世界上没有人格完全相同的两个人。正因为存在人格的差异,故有进行因材施教的必要。在教育过程中,教师应该针对不同的学生,恰当采用“知、顺、导、救”的教育策略。
There is no possibility for two men with the same personality in the world. Because of personality difference, it is necessary to teach according to students aptitude. In the education process, a teacher should adopt the education strategy of “know, follow, lead, save” for different students.
