α－三唑基－α－羰基－β－羟基类化合物的合成及结构与植物生长调节活性的关系研究

STUDIES ON SYNTHESIS OF α-TRIAZOLE-α-CARBONYL-β-HYDROXY COMPOUNDS AND THEIR PLANT-GROWTH REGULATING ACTIVITY

利用类普林斯反应设计并合成了通式如下的新型植物生长调节剂，生物测定的结果表明部分化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性，并对该系列化合物进行定量结构与活性关系初探。

It was reported in literature that α-triazole-α-carbonyl-β-hydroxy compounds have signficant fungicidal and plant-grouth regulating activity.In order to look for new plant-growth regulator,a series of novel compounds had been prepared by Prins reaction.Their structures were confirmed by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.We also discussed the quantitative structure-activity relationship.The regression equation are used to explain the result of bioassay.
