摘要
在国外,关于安乐死法律冲突、道德冲突的讨论中,呈现出安乐死合法化的趋向。在我国,安乐死是一个需要关注的复杂和慎重的问题,应加强研究论证、引导,加以规范和控制。
In the worldwide discussion on the conflict of law, and the contlict of morality about euthanasia, there, appears a trend to legalization of euthanasia. In our country, euthanasia is a complicated and prudential issue which demands much attention. We should strengthen research demonstration and guidance, and try to regulate and control euthanasia.
