体育场馆星级酒店式管理模式的研究

Research into the star hotel management mode for the gymnasiums and stadiums

采用问卷调查、专家访谈、比较分析和数理统计等方法,概述目前我国体育场馆的运营现状,借鉴国外体育场馆的成功案例,探究星级酒店管理模式的优点。未来体育场馆应该实行星级酒店式经营管理模式,并提出相应的建议,从而为我国体育场馆的可持续发展,尤其是解决大型比赛、运动会(包括2008年的北京奥运会)举办后的后遗症问题的研究提供参考。

Based on the document investigation, expert consuthation, successiful cases abroad and statistics, the author made an analysis of the management conditions of gymnasium in China and the hotel management pattern advangtages, then he proposes the gymnasium in China should introduce such management pattern and gives his suggestions as well.
