篮球运动员大强度训练期间T细胞亚群变化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究大强度运动训练对篮球运动员免疫机能的影响,选取职业篮球运动员10名(全部为男性),训练年限分别为7~9年,测试其在大强度训练期间外周血T细胞亚群,包括CD3+、CD4+、CD8+以及CD4CD8。结果显示:大强度运动训练在一定程度上对运动员的免疫系统产生明显的抑制作用。 10 male professional baskeball players with the training age ranging from 7 to 9 years have been studied for the effects in high intensity training on the immune functions.The measuring criterions are the T cell subpopulations including CD3 + ,CD4+ ,CD8 + and CD4/CD8.The results show that high intensity training obviously represses the immune system of athelets to some degree.
