山东首届武术短兵表演赛技术运用、伤情状况及其发展对策探讨

Research on the development strategy of short-weapon from the actualities of the First Short-Weapon Contest of Martial Art in Shandong province

运用观察法、问卷调查、数据统计等方法,对山东省首届武术短兵表演赛的技术运用和运动员的伤情状况进行分析。针对当前武术短兵技术动作不规范、单一化倾向严重、攻守体系严重失衡、运动员专业化程度较低、伤情过多以及护具和器械不科学等问题,提出进一步更新观念、逐步完善技术体系、提高训练水平、促使从事人员专业化、积极创造良好的外部环境等措施。

With observation, investigation, data statistics and other research methods, the author analyzed and explored the technque exertion and the condition of injuries in the first short-weapon contest of martial art in Shandong province. The results were as follows ： Some serious problems existed within the short-weapon of martial art, such as less technique actions contents; less canonical, simplex badly; severe unbalance of techniques system;athletes with lower specialization degree; much injuries and unscientific appliance and instruments. The author also put forward the regenerate concept such as consummating the technique system, enhancing the training level, impelling specialization of the personnel engaged, create favorable exterior environments and so on.
