山东省培养体育后备人才试点中学基本状况分析

On basic situation of the pilot middle schools for sports reserve talents in Shandong

通过对山东省34所培养体育后备人才试点中学的调查,对培养体育后备人才试点中学级别、类型、师资规模、项目设置、学校管理以及学校的经费状况进行了分析,并提出了若干建设性的对策措施。

Based on the investigation to 34 pilot middle schools in Shandong where sports peserve talents are trained, this article analyses the basic situation of the level and type of the schools, the scale of the coaches, the distribution of sports events, the sound regulations and the fund to the schools.On the basis of the above analysis, the author puts forward some constructive suggestions.
