摘要
描述了计算机辅助气相色谱分析方法的建立,己设计的软件不但可对样品能否使用气相色谱法进行判断,对气相色谱柱系统进行推荐,而且可进一步给出最佳的温度程序。用空气中毒物烃/卤代烃样品进行实验,预测结果与实验结果能很好吻合,保留时间误差在3%以内。
The computer assisted gas chromatographic method is described in this paper. The software can be used to determine whether a sample can be analyzed by gas chromatography, recommend the suitable column system and optimum temperature program. The reliability of predictions was evaluated for air toxic halohydrocarbons and hydrocarbons. The deviations of retention time prediction are less than 3% .
