Study of Residue Dynamic of Phorate in Soybean and Soil

研究了混剂中甲拌磷在土壤中的残留动态,收获时的残留量及安全性评价。建立了样品前处理方法和分析方法。甲拌磷在土壤、大豆植株、大豆样品中的添加回收率在96.9%～101.0%,甲拌磷在土壤中半衰期为0.8～3.4d,收获期大豆和土壤中的甲拌磷残留量均未检出(<0.01mg/kg)。

Residue dynamics and final residue of phorate in soybean and soil were studied.And safety evaluation of phorate in environment was discussed.A method for the pretrealment and analysis was established.The results showed that the recoveries of phorate in soil and in soybean shoots and leaves varied from 96.9%-101.0%, the half-life was 0.8-3.4d in soil. Residues of phorale in soil and in soybean were not detected （〈0.01mg/kg） when harvest.
