摘要
阐述高速数控加工技术,分析了提高进给速度与加速度的方法以及高速数控加工对数控系统与机床的要求。应用高速数控加工实例,论述模具高速加工中的问题与基本要求。
This paper introduced the technology of high-speed numerical-control manufacturing, analyzed the method to exalt the speed and acceleration of the entering and the request for high speeds numerical-control manufacturing and NC system. By giving examples of them, it discussed the problem and the basic request in molding tool's high-speed numerical-control manufacturing.
