摘要
基于欧美国家仪表行业双片式组合齿轮的实践,通过对传统圆柱齿轮传动进行研究和分析,设计制造带有齿间侧隙补偿三片式组合圆柱齿轮,并应用到小型电容器外壳铝粒子无切屑冷墩成型中,有效的解决了精密传动中的难题。
According to the practice of two-plate fraction gear of instrument business of Euro-Americam, through researching and analysing the traditional cylindrical gear driving, three-plate back lash compensation on gear is designed and manufactured and is used of no-chip cold heading forming of small scaled alumimum particle of capacitor outer shell, It efficiently solved the difficulty of precision driving.
