摘要
目的研究全下肢和全脊柱X线照片摄影技术,满足全下肢和全脊柱的摄片需要。方法测量全下肢和全脊柱的长度,确定特殊X线照片的规格,并定制相应的摄影器械。结果特殊规格X线照片能够拍摄完整的全下肢和全脊柱。结论全下肢和全脊柱照片为临床诊治脊柱病变和下肢关节置换提供可靠的影像资料。
Objective In order to meet the operation demand of whole low extremities and total spine, X-ray radiography for whole low extremities and total spine was studied. Methods The length of whole low extremities and total spine were measured in order to confirm the size of the special X- ray film and to design special support photographic equipments, Results Integrated radiograph of whole low extremities and total spine can be acquired by the special X-ray equipments of whole low extremities and total spine. Conclutions Accurate and reliable images provided by the special X-ray equipments would get better measurement for whole low extremities and total spine before and after operations.
