In this paper, the specification and function of the roboticized care bed and the history, actuality, mission and essential conceptions of HL7（Health Level Seven）are introduced, The community healthcare system is to be built based on the roboticized care bed as the client and the standard of HL7 as the protocol of medicine data exchange. This will solve the health care problem with the development of aging population, and improve the community healthcare level in China.
