血管封堵器应用于老年冠心病介入术后的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of Vascular Closure Devices After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 介绍血管封堵器在老年冠心病介入术后止血的效果观察与护理 ,并与传统的砂袋压迫止血相比较。方法 使用封堵器止血和随机抽出传统的使用砂袋压迫止血各30例 ,观察并比较止血时间、卧床时间、术后不良反应在两组中的差异。采用SPSS 10 0统计软件分析。结果 封堵器止血时间与卧床时间较砂袋压迫止血明显缩短 ,并发症减少 ,病人舒适。差异具有极其显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 老年病人使用封堵器止血后 ,止血快 ,卧床时间缩短 ,安全 ,可吸收 。

Objective To introduce the observation and nursing of Vascular Closure Devices after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Elderly Patients, and compare the traditional hemostasis with manual pressure. Methods 30 patients accepting Angio--Seal vascular closure device and 30 patients accepting manual pressure for hemostasis were analysed. The hemostasis time, bed rest restrictions and the adverse reactions were compared between two groups. SPSS 10.0 soft was used to analyze the results statistically. Results The device group achieved earlier time to hemostasis and less adverse reactions, patients were more comfortable compared with the manual pressure group （P 〈 0. 001） . Conclusions After percutaneous coronary intervention, the elderly patients using of Anglo-Seal vascular closure devices resulted in rapid hemostasis, less adverse reactions, patients felt more comfortable and security, it could also be absorbed easier.
