癌症患者的心理状况与自我和谐的关系研究

Research on the Relationship of Psychic Condition and Self-consistency and Congruence of Cancer Patients

目的 本研究通过对癌症患者的心理状况与自我和谐关系进行研究 ,为临床护理提供心理学依据。方法 以自我和谐量表和症状自评量表对 333例癌症患者行问卷测量。结果 癌症患者的心理状况明显低于普通人 ,自我和谐程度明显低于普通人 ,自我与经验的不和谐和自我的刻板性有显著的正相关 ,总均分 <2的癌症患者的心理状况在自我与经验的不和谐和自我的刻板性上显著低于总均分≥ 2的癌症患者 ,自我与经验的不和谐 ,自我的灵活性 ,自我的刻板性能在一定程度上预测心理症状的变异量。

Objective The relationship between psychic condition and self-consistency and congruence of cancer patients were studied in order to provide psychological evidence for clinical nursing. Methods Scl-90 and self-consistency and congruence were conducted and analyzed in 333 cancer patients. Results The psychic condition was lower in individuals with cancer than normal persons and the self-consistency and congruence was also lower in cancer patients. There were significant correlations between psychic condition and self inconsistent and self rigidity. The psychic condition in cancer patients with average score 〈2, the self consistency and congruence was significantly lower than the cancer patients with score 2. Self inconsistent could predict the variability of mental symptoms in some degree. Conclusions Self consistency and congruence have certain influence on psychic condition.
