摘要 现代管理学的实质是对人的管理。以人为本 ,充分认识人的价值 ,发掘人的潜力 ,提高人的素质 ,锻炼人的能力 ,实现人力资源效率的最大化 ,提高组织效益是现代管理工作的核心内容。以人为本的管理理念和对策已逐步渗透于现代护理管理的各个方面。深入理解人本管理思想并进行以人为本的护理管理 ,将有助于提高护理人员的主观能动性、护理管理的效能、护理工作的质量及患者的满意度。本文从分析人本原理在护理管理工作中的应用角度出发 ,较系统地阐述了以人为本的现代护理管理思想 ,旨在为医院护理管理提供参考 。 The essence of Modern Management is managing people. The central contents of modern administrative works are to acknowledge the value of people adequately, to exhaust the potential of people, to improve the diathesis of people, to exercise the ability of people, to maximize the efficiency of human resource and to improve the benefit of organization. The fundamental strategy and concept of humanistic management have been gradually infiltrated into every fields of nursing management. Lucubrating and practicing the idea of humanistic management will contribute to improvement of nurses' subjective initiative ,efficiency of nursing administration, quality of nursing practice and satisfaction degree of clients. From the point of applications in nursing administration, the idea and practical methods of humanistic management are systematically stated so as to offer reference to nursing administration and to enhance efficiency of nursing administration in hospital.
