剖胸术后术侧与健侧腋温的比较分析

Comparing Axillary Temperatures of Operation Side and Health Side after Thoracotomy

目的 观察剖胸手术后患者术侧与健侧腋温的变化与差异,为确定测温部位及临床病情 观察提供准确依据。方法 自身对照法。结果 术前患者两侧腋温无差异(P>0.05);术后患者术侧 与健侧腋温具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 剖胸术后患者测试体温应选择健侧腋窝。

Objective To observe the changing and difference of axillary temperature between operation side and health side. then provide acute according to detecting region and clinical condition observation. Methods With self-comparing way, the study was done. Results There was no difference in axillary temperature of two sides before operation （P 〉 0.05）. But there was significant difference after operation （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The health side should be select to detect axillary temperature after operation.
