护理人员论文知识水平的调查分析及对策

Measures and investigation of Thesis Knowledge Level of Nurses

目的 了解工作5年以上护理人员的论文知识水平,探讨提高护理人员论文知识的方法。 方法 应用自设的调查表,向护理人员发放调查问卷80份,调查护理人员论文知识水平以及对相关论 文知识的需求情况。结果 不同学历层次的护理人员论文知识水平有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同毕 业年限的护理人员论文知识水平没有显著性差异(P>0.05);护理人员对论文知识的需求程度是非常 大的;护理人员相关论文知识的主要来源是医院教育和自学。结论 护理人员论文知识欠缺,急需补 充,应采取多种方法和途径予以提高,从而写出高水平的学术论文。

Objective To understand the thesis knowledge level of nurses working more than 5 years, and probe the methods of raising the level of thesis knowledge. Methods With self-designed questionnaire, the needing and the level of thesis knowledge of nurses were investigated. In the process, 80 questionnaires were given out. Results There were significant differences in thesis knowledge level between different education levels （P 〈 0.05） ; the needing of nurses for thesis knowledge is very big.The thesis knowledge of nurses mainly comes from hospital education and self-studying. Conclusions Thesis knowledge of nurses is very deficient, and needs to be supplied. More methods and approaches should be used to raise the thesis writing level of nurses.
