耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊患者对护理人员素质需求的探讨

Probe into the Requirements of Otorhinolaryngological Outpatients for Nurses

目的 探讨耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊患者对护理人员素质的需求,以便按其所需提高专科门诊护理服务质量。方法 对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科门诊就诊患者需求进行问卷调查。结果 612例患者中有62.6%患者希望护士技术操作技巧好;有68.3%的患者希望护士有非常好的服务态度;有73.8%患者希望护士有大专以上文化程度;有82.0%患者希望护士在与患者的沟通中使用大众语言;有85.0%患者希望护士在工作中不断掌握新知识。结论 了解门诊就诊患者的需求并根据需求不断提高自身素质是门诊护士提高护理质量的根本所在。

Objective To probe the otorhinolaryngological outpatients＇ requirements for nursing,to enhance the nurses＇ comprehensive quality and service level. Methods Questionnaire investigation was done among the outpatients. Results Among 612 outpatients, 62.6% expected nurses to master the clinical knack, 73.8% expected nurses to have college diploma, 82.0% expected nurses to use common language when communicating with outpatients, 85.0% expected nurses to renew clinical knowledge.Conclusions It is fundamental for nurses to investigate outpatients＇ requirements and strengthen scientific, technical, clinical learning and communicating skills.
