Nursing Measure of Decompression Operation of Optic Nerve under Conchoscope

目的 探讨鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的有效护理措施。方法 回顾性分析了21 例在我科实施鼻内镜下视神经减压手术患者的治疗及护理经验。结果 患者恢复有效率达85.7%(18/21)。结论 积极的治疗与有效的护理在患者的康复、减少并发症、延长生命、提高生命质量方面具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To probe the effective nursing measures of optic nerve decompression operation under conchscope. Methods The treatment and nursing of 21 patients, who underwent optic nerve decompression operation under conchscope in our department, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effective rate of patient rehabilitation was 85.7%. Conclusions Active treatment and effective nursing are very important. It can accelerate rehabilitation, release complications, Prolong the life span and raise the quality of life.
