摘要
目的 了解不同护理教育对象批判性思维意向及影响因素,为制定有针对的批判性思维培养计划提供依据。方法 采用横断面研究法调查比较本科、专升本、硕士护生的批判性思维意向和影响因素。结果 三层次护生均达到批判性思维意向的最低要求(>280分),但本科护生寻求真相和系统化能力、专升本寻求真相没达到最低要求(<40 分。硕士护生批判性思维均达到最低要求,但距能力强的标准还有差距;阅读地理、政治、电脑、科学和哲学类书籍对护生的批判性思维意向有正性影响。结论 护生的批判性思维意向需要提高,应通过多种教学途径培养和提高护生的批判性思维能力,同时指导护生阅读有助于批判性思维发展的书籍。
Objective To provide evidence for making critical thinking training plan, nursing students' critical thinking disposition and their influence factors were surveyed. Methods The cross-sectional design was used to examine the students' critical thinking disposition and the influence factors in deferent educational levels. Results The minimal requirements of critical thinking disposition were met by nursing students in three educational levels. However, truth seeking and systematization of baccalaureate nursing students, and truth seeking of adult nursing students for baccalaureate were under the minimal requirements. Master nursing students met minimal requirements of overall critical thinking disposition, but it's far to strength of the disposition. Reading geographical, political, computer, scientific, philosophic books positively influence critical thinking disposition of nursing students. Conclusions Critical thinking disposition of nursing students in all educational levels needs to be trained and improved through various teaching methods. At same time, purposively guiding students reading some books may promote their critical thinking disposition.
