护理干预在高血压病伴焦虑患者中的作用

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Hypertension Combining Anxiety

目的 探讨护理干预在高血压病伴焦虑患者中的作用。方法 采用问卷的方式对高血压患者进行焦虑状况评定,对高血压伴焦虑患者随机分成3 组:单纯降压治疗(A)组,降压加抗焦虑治疗(B)组,降压、抗焦虑和护理干预组(C)组。结果 单纯治疗组(A)组有效率为56%,降压加抗焦虑治疗(B)组有效率为80%,降压、抗焦虑加护理干预治疗(C)组有效率为90%,统计学具有显著差异(B与A组比较P <0.05、C与A组比较P <0.01 )。结论 对伴焦虑的高血压病人,在药物降压、抗焦虑治疗的同时,进行护理干预治疗,能进一步降低血压,提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with hypertension combining anxiety. Methods All of patients with hypertension combining anxiety were randomly divided into 3 groups： group A with antihypertensive drug therapy, group B with antihypertensive plus anxiolytic drugs, group C with antihypertensive and anxiolytic plus nursing intervention were carried out respectively. Results Effective powders of group A, group B, and group C were 56%, 80%, 90% respectively. There was statistic significance between them （B vs A, P 〈0.05; C vs A, P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Nursing intervention enhances antihypertensive effect in Patients with Hypertension Combining Anxiety.
