This paper investigates the structure and algorithms of Ad Hoc wireless network based on UWB and circuit switching technologies. The network is oriented to personal area network （PAN）. In the paper, the physical lay is described, data transmission technology is chosen, the model of network equipment is presented, the logical structure and algorithms of the network are developed, and then the features in the process of networking and some potential problems are discussed.
